all around seems not so meaningful

This is a map of the subway in Hong Kong

We're gonna live in the station named Yau Ma Tei.

It's an appartament what i found and have booked already has 3 beds rooms

 king size, free WI - FI, the night market is close to the appartment and the 

subway is just 10 mins away etc

It was really difficult to find a good hotel / appartment with good feedback.

Most of them or too expensive or the rooms are too small like 20 cm2 for 3 

person or the bathroom can be schared :О

I am trying to find any useful information about the best beaches there.
